1.1. This Terms of Service (“Agreement” or “Terms”) constitutes a binding legal agreement between the user (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and NexusHostings (“NexusHostings,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing the use of all services, websites, and platforms offered by NexusHostings.
1.2. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
1.3. You affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.1. NexusHostings is a UK-based digital infrastructure provider offering hosting services including:

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or illegal activity.
3.1. Subscribing authorizes automated billing (monthly, quarterly, annually).
3.2. Billing continues until cancelled in the Client Portal.
3.3. Failed payments: 24h grace → suspension → termination after 3 days. Data deletion is irreversible.
3.4. Clients are responsible for charges until confirmed cancellation.
5.1. Clients register via Client Area and receive a secure dashboard.
5.2. Client Area allows service management, support tickets, billing access, personal info updates, and configurations.
5.3. Clients are responsible for account credentials. NexusHostings is not liable for losses due to user negligence.
14.1. Any participation in DDoS attacks is a severe breach.
14.2. Includes attacks on NexusHostings or third parties.
14.3. Violations result in permanent blacklisting with no refund or appeal.
14.4. We may report incidents to law enforcement and upstream providers.
8.1. Refunds only if: Requested within 2 days of payment; Verified technical failure occurred; Support ticket was submitted first.
8.2. No refunds if service was used successfully, cancellation after window, or no support attempt.
8.5. Dedicated Server & VPS: Clients must submit cancellation at least 5 days before next billing date. Payments processed without this are non-refundable.
10.2. Prohibited conduct: Hosting illegal content, Launching DDoS, Mining cryptocurrency without consent, Sending spam, Attempting to disrupt systems.
13.1. 95-99% uptime guarantee monthly. Response times: Discord (15-30 mins), Ticketing (30-45 mins) during support hours (09:00–21:00 UK).
At NexusHostings, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, share, and protect your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and other privacy laws.
We use your data to: Provide and improve our services; Communicate account updates; Maintain security and prevent fraud; Process transactions and manage customer support.
You have rights regarding your personal data: Access (request a copy), Rectification (correct data), Erasure (request deletion), Restrict Processing, Data Portability, and Object (to processing for marketing).
We implement industry-standard measures (encryption, firewalls). We may share data with trusted third-party providers (payment processors/support) who comply with GDPR requirements.
In the event of a breach, we notify affected individuals promptly. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
NexusHostings is not a backup service. We provide the infrastructure "as-is." We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or database integrity issues resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or user negligence. You are responsible for your own off-site backups.
We are not liable for failures beyond our control, including lightning, flood, fire, war, or acts of Government authorities.
